New Blogs and Websites

This Ongoing War: It's updated several times every day, often from sources that most people do not see or even know about. Its purpose is expressed in this statement:
Chronicling the Under-reported War of Terror Against Israelis: This war is killing us. Most people lack a factual understanding of events in our region because the media often report them inadequately and inaccurately. Our daughter Malki, murdered at the age of 15 in a restaurant massacre in 2001, was a victim of jihadist hatred and barbarism. Jihadism will end in Israel (New York, Madrid, London, Bali) only after people first understand the scale on which it's happening.

wow, that's quite a round-up...can't even begin to imagine how long it took to do that...very nice Irina!
Holy crap.
Wow. Just wow.
Ok, wow's not enough. I'm going to have to take a day off from work now to take this all in. I'm surprised a free blogging service like Blogger doesn't crash with this many links. And I know you did it the hard way, not just pasting up our emailed submissions.
One last wow: Wow.
Unbelieveable! Thanks!
After actually reading through the whole post, I just wanted to reiterate my statement from above: Holy crap.
Wow. Great job. And thanks for the link. :-)
Thanks for the link, Irina. Do you get paid for this :-)?
Wow, now we know why you are burnt out!! :)
Not only amazingly comprehensive but astheticaly pleasing as well.
Amazing job!
Irina - that was the most INSANE HH of all time...sort of like the energizer rabbit...it just kept going and going.
Kudos! Too bad there's no easy way to get the entire thing printed out...it's gonna take me 2 weeks to read all of it!!!
W O W.
A truly amazing round-up of all and sundry...
And those images!
You go grrrl.
DB
Yasher Koach. That was outstanding.
Irina, what a great compilation - and thank you very much for the link!
wow. i just kept scrolling down and it looked like this was the longest HH ever!
amazing :)
thanks Irina!
I hope you enjoyed a well deserved break after all this work!
Thanks for mentioning my "There Is No Such Thing As Palestinian Land" post.
Wonderful job Irina - and thank you very much for the links!
Yeeeha! I'm telling you these old world women, they don't make em like that today. This guinness breaker was baked from scratch, there's no way we all submitted a 1/4 of the links to make this titanic rise..
If the Jihad is won with links, I'm feeling more confident we've got these bastards licked, way to go Irina!
See, right there is why I won't ever host an HH.
OK, maybe if there were two or three weeks of real slacker hosts who posted only 8 or 10 links and a lame apology about being too busy to really look for more, I could consider it.
But after something like this? Not a chance. :-)
YOU FORGET MY POST ABOUT MY WIFE FINALLY HAVING AN ORGASM AFTER 7 YEARS OF MARRIAGE-I TELL YOU HOW TO DO IT
OH YEAH
WOW! What a job - did you miss ANY blog?
This was fabulous, Irina. Thanks for the shout-out!
Oh boy, it boggles my imagination.
And many thanks.
Did you actually read all those posts? Wow - you are quite a reader. Happy 4th. Hope you feel better and rested - Best
I agree with Ezzie, who I believe was quoting Ray's dad.
Exceptional: thorough, heartfelt, and eclectic.
( I redid this due to having mispelled eclectic)
"That's it for this week's edition!"
That's it? That's all there is? What a small HH this week, you should be ashamed!!! :-)
Seriously, that was one heck of a roundup- by the time I got to the end of it I was exhausted! Now back to click on many interesting posts-and thank you for the link!
Man alive, what a roundup!!
You are gonna keep me busy for a hell of a lot longer than a week!!!
Thanks for the mention and the best roundup!
Wow Irina...that was one helluva linkfest. I've got some reading to do.
Happy Independence Day!
Great job! That was the most comprehensive one I have seen yet. Thanks for the mention!
Thanks everybody!
Schlemazl: All these comments are my reward!
Sorry I didn't mention more posts for many people... and sorry I didn't check out more blogs! : ) Hope everyone enjoys!
Pretty good job, but the links on Israel are greatly skewed to the right. Are moderates and left-wingers simply not sending you links, or are you not including them?
I told you already, left-wingers are not sending me in. I include everybody. Why do you have to ask the same exact thing ten times? If you bother looking through links, you'll see that I've included Orthodox Anarchist and a few others who never appear in other HH editions. I'd be glad to include anyone who sends me links. But left-wingers don't, and so I hunt through blogs, and it's not easy. I welcome you forwarding me more diverse links, and I'll be happy to include them. Oh, by the way - there are not too many left-wing Jewish blogs in the first place. It's a very self-selecting public. People start blogging because they are angry about something and they have something to say. I wouldn't call being pro-Israel "being skewed to the right", by the way. Many of these people are left-wing in other respects.
Hi Irina,
You may want to have a look at the comments to my PR post on your HH. There is a silent admirer of yours hiding.
Oh, and the post itself may be of interest to you ;-)
http://simplyjews.blogspot.com/2006/07/haveil-havalim-76-is-up.html
Cheers.
Wow, that was great! Thanks! : ) LOL!
Irina -- Wow, this is fantastic! Thank you for including my posts.
Great job!
Irina- That must be *the* largest HH ever. I hope you saw some daylight this week!
I have to agree with the commenter Michael about the increasingly apparent political swing of HH to the right- not just in your edition, but in general of late. Actually there are many many Left-Wing Jewish blogs- they're just not that popular with the HH regulars, clearly. This isn't a criticism in the least, but it does say something about the political direction which HH is taking, and begs the question as to whether anyone feels it is a problem.
Again, great roundup.
(And no, I'm not bitter about having no links this week!)
Thanks!
Tafka pp, actually I´ve been thinking about that the last day or so, and am planning to address that issue on the Jblogosphere blog.
